Simple Licensing Terms

We know you want to understand how your content license works. So we designed Content License to be simple so it’s easy for you to do the right thing.

The Content Provider (The Author, Seller) grants you a non-exclusive right to view, use, and display Digital Content an unlimited number of times, solely on a Reading Application, solely on the number Other Devices specified (or unlimited devices if not specified), and solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Unless otherwise specified, Digital Content is licensed, not sold.

The Content Provider may include additional terms for use within its Digital Content. Those terms will also apply, but this Agreement will govern in the event of a conflict.

Unless specifically indicated otherwise, you may not sell, rent, lease, distribute, broadcast, sub-license or otherwise assign any rights to the Digital Content.
